More of the big snow of January

January 13 we had quite a lot of snow.  The humming bird feeder needed to be taken in to unthaw over night.
More of the humming bird feeding
We have at least 2 humming birds coming to the feeder now
 A close up.
By the 15th of January we had more snow.  Pat shoveled out the driveway.
The eight pots on the deck.  The saxifragias survived this big snow very well
A view of the pile of snow on the water table.
I tried to capture different forms of the piles of snow.  It was all really quite picturesque.  All the snow was gone within a few days.  At one point during the snow the hydro pole across from our house was humming loudly, in the evening, for a few hours.  We had no idea why this happened but when the snow was gone so was the humming.
